Here at Sharm Voyage we believe that tourism provides the opportunity to meet people from other cultures and countries, enabling the tourist to learn about their ways and lifestyles and how they might differ from their own. Through this knowledge comes understanding which encourages respect and tolerance for other cultures, religions and traditions, and reduces any prejudices.
At Sharm Voyage we recognise that tourism is beneficial, not just to the host country, but also to the tourist themselves. Tourism does not just have material benefits for the tour operators, but also allows the tourist to expand their horizons and understanding of different cultures. We believe that tourism should not be restricted to sunshine, beach and hotel but should also encompass the whole country and culture of a place that may be completely different to what the tourist is used to.
It is only through knowledge and acceptance of another country's ways that preconceived ideas and prejudices can be corrected and tolerance and peace can be promoted. At Sharm Voyage we believe that meeting people and gaining a correct understanding of the nature of the country and its people is one of the most important aspects of modern tourism. Through promoting understanding and honouring cultural and religious diversity in different cultures the tourism industry can play an important role in bringing about peace, which begins with the individual before spreading to others.

Whether it's history and culture you want to experience in the form of the only remaining wonder of the Ancient World, the Pyramids of Giza; or to marvel at the ancient treasures of the Boy King Tutankhamon in the National Museum of Antiquities in Cairo; or visiting the tombs of the Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings or the open air museums of Karnak and Luxor Temples which have survived for over 2000 years. Alternatively, you might prefer to stay closer to your hotel and experience the exhilaration of racing through the desert in a 4 wheel drive Jeep to the Oasis of Siwa. Maybe you would prefer to glide along the River Nile taking in the sights, sounds and smells of traditional Egypt, alighting only to visit the ancient monuments crowding its banks. If you want to discover the treasures that are under the waves then diving and snorkeling in Sharm el Sheikh, Hurgada, Taba or anywhere along the Red Sea Riviera will show you a whole new wonderland beneath the blue.
Here at Sharm Voyage we can provide whatever you need to experience Egypt the way you want to. One thing we cannot offer you though it just the sun and the beach, it would be a crime to come to Egypt and miss out on the culture, both ancient and living that is thriving here, especially the unique and warm hospitality of the Egyptian people.
